A serial number is a unique identifier assigned to a specific product or software license. In the case of Numark Cue, your serial number serves as a proof of ownership and allows you to access various benefits, including software updates, technical support, and exclusive content.
InMusic (Numark’s parent company) no longer supports Cue. But open a ticket at support.inmusicbrands.com and politely ask if they have any archival record. Provide proof of hardware purchase. Because Numark Cue is discontinued, Numark now bundles or Serato DJ Pro with their hardware. If you have a Numark controller (like the Mixtrack or Party Mix series), you usually do not need a serial number for the "Lite" version—it is plug-and-play.
